• The offer is valid for one adult, car (max 5 m in length and 2.20 m in height) and double interior cabin, with simultaneous purchase of a ticket with departure Livorno-Olbia 30/12/2024 22:00h and return Olbia-Livorno 01/01/2025 22:00h;
• The reservation must be made between 10.12.2024 at 16:00 and 30.12.2024;
• The offer is valid until all seats allocated to the initiative are used up on the scheduled dates;
• The additional categories added to the ticket will be offered at the current rate;
• The offer cannot be applied retroactively;
• In the event of a ticket change, the fare difference will be charged in addition to the change fee of €25;
• In the event of cancellation of the ticket, a penalty equal to the total amount paid will be due. This regulation automatically applies to all passengers added during the same booking process;
• In the event of cancellation of the outward or return journey, the discount is forfeited. Consequently, the price will be recalculated by applying the fare in force at the time of the change;
• The discount cannot be combined with the "Promo Happy" and "Residenti" special offers or with vouchers, offers or discount codes from other operators, with group fares or special agreements;
• If the port staff detect irregularities in the booking compared to the information provided at embarkation, the discounted ticket will be cancelled with costs and a new ticket must be purchased at full price.
